      Easygoing but deadend career, no room for growth instead they’ll fire you

      Cons

      everything, deadend career, management that doesn’t care, constant layoffs, no growth potential, low pay, no bonuses, false promises, the list goes on.

      Marten: Where the Pay is Hot, but the Culture is Not!

      Pros

      Good pay to start. Newer trucks provide a comfortable ride. Opportunity to gain valuable driving experience.

      Cons

      Low trust culture with consequences for reporting issues. High turnover indicates deeper problems. Ineffective training and management practices. No clear paths for advancement or raises. Hardworking drivers risk burnout while slackers thrive.
