Great Company To Work For

Pros

Great team and friendly staff/leadership, competitive pay and benefits, well maintained building and beautiful landscaping (right off the highway as well), work-life balance is also great. My manager is extremely flexible and understanding which is very important to me with two little ones! They also invest in their employees with a wide array of programs such as employee committees, trainings, mentorship programs, and ERG groups. I'm truly glad to be working here!

-Low pay -Male dominated -Cut commission once a product is popular -Physical labor -Expensive benefits -No gas reimbursement - Favorites are chosen and if you’re not one you are out of luck at this company

-Great pay for the industry -4-day work week -Something different every day -Good coworkers -Some managers really are great

Cons

-Hard, draining work -Only advancement is when someone retires -Very difficult routes for new hires -Some managers are only concerned with pinching pennies -Job can be unpredictable
