Great fast paced atmosphere. Extraordinary longevity of associates. Family owned company. Great products to represent. Stable company in a stable industry. Majority of promotions from within. Owners are deeply concerned about well being of associates and make extraordinary gestures if personal tragedy strikes any of the members of the Martignetti family.

Cons

Like almost any job, it is what you make of it.
