Pros

Plenty of overtime pays the bills, good insurance

Cons

$17/ yr yr of service toward your pension as an hrly employee. It's who you are, Saftey rules are made up punishments aren't the same for everyone. back stabbing management, favoritism, no human resource dept/ relations=no rights as an employee

Pros

They pay you but not very well. They do have some newer plants but that means fewer people to keep cost down.

Cons

You get to work all of the time. You start at 5 am and get to go home around 7 pm. Don't forget you get to work the weekends also. Don't come in on Sunday you get yelled at. Sales, QC, HR, and Management all spend time pointing fingers and trying to stab one another in the back. They do not fix the actual problems. So if you like long crushing hours and getting blamed when your employees do something dumb its a great company to work for.

Pros

The company overall seems to be a stable business.

Cons

This company does not like to see their employees grow unless they are Plant Managers. Everyone else needs to be content with where they are and expect not to grow in their current position. Many of the procedures with this company are ancient.
