Weekly training to stay ahead of the curve, great culture - many leaders deeply care for their teams and want to see them succeed, flexibility to deal with the curveballs of life.

Cons

Nowhere is perfect. There can be difficulties when it comes to navigating office/company politics, there are other companies that will pay more, but will provide less work/life balance, etc.
