Pros

Very Good Company. Pay is always on time without any delays. Good support for Visa, immigration and always files the extensions on-time. Green Card process is smooth and provides details with 100% transparency. HR department is excellent Company launched good products recently like EmployEz which customizes the HR operations and going to launch more products in future. Company product development line-up is excellent.

I have been working at Marvel Technologies full-time for more than 8+ years Great people to work with and they really care about you, - Management people are great - HR Department is amazing in Marvel - Good Pay - Great Benefits - Good Culture & work environment - Nice coworkers

Cons

Everything the management says is a trap. They have no ethics or values. They are here just to steal all your money. The CEO makes you feel like he is doing you a favor, but the truth is, all the money he makes is from the salary of his consultants. There are no benefits or career growth. If you want to go down in life, go join this bunch.
