1. A company that understands Compensation Management (through product experience) and provides the best in the best in the market. 2. Extremely compliant in processes and provides excellent Immigration support (i have personally benefited) 3. A certified and emphatic HR & support team 4. Employer is keen on new technologies & provides excellent platform for developers to train or practice the skills. 5. Employee Self Service module provides an easy access to all employee related info. 6. Very professional yet friendly work ambiance. 7. With "Innovation Zone" (product team), tons of opportunities for new ideas, unconventional approaches for regular problems and a vibrant atmosphere.

1. Too many back & forth conversations about options before hiring . 2. Mostly on-site, work from home flexibility are discouraged
