After six months as an Analog Layout Intern, I had the opportunity to learn and grow in both technical and professional aspects. The training program provided a strong foundation in layout design principles, EDA tools, and best practices for analog circuits. I appreciated the hands-on projects and mentorship, which helped me gain confidence in solving real-world challenges.
The supportive environment and constructive feedback from my team played a key role in my development. By the end of the program, I was able to contribute effectively to production-level tasks, which led to my successful conversion to a Full-Time Engineer. This journey reinforced the value of continuous learning and collaboration, and I’m excited to keep building my skills and contributing to future projects.
