Business Outlook
Pros
Marvell senior management really care about their employees and demonstrate this through superb communication, supportive programs and compensation. Red tape is minimized regularly, roadmaps streamlined and working here is very dynamic.
Cons
Need more companies to be run like Marvell. The only complaint may be the intention to bring employees back to office when in reality we have more time to spend working when we do not have to drive to and from the office. Work from home is MUCH better for the environment.
