Cons

Lately there has been a plethora of projects and not enough resources. Compensation is not the best in the industry but when you also consider other perks, it is good.

-high impact work, high visibility, hyped field (AI Infra) -most teams don't have daily standups like traditional software companies, less useless meetings -insanely smart employees -5 days office but management is very lenient; any small reason to wfh is perfectly fine -feels good to be here

Cons

pay could be better if compared to the big leagues like nvidia and broadcom
