      *)It is better to run away from this company before they chop you, find another job if you can. Younger people are actively looking for job, others are just counting the days. *)Low salary

      Pros

      Marvell has a good working environment in terms of colleagues, manager, working loads and stress. Working loads is quite balanced, so you won't get tremendous stress. Manager and colleagues are very nice and very willing to share their expertise. Marvell has excellent ESPP program and excellent subsidized food including breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are lots of events regularly too.

      Cons

      Salary is relatively on the lower side in the market. But still competitive.
