Terrible culture. Expect 6+ hours of meetings daily, all with 30+ people- no work gets done. Teams that directly work together have long, fully non-intersecting management chains. Expect a lot of "We do this because it's always been done that way"- even down to using in-house text editors from the IBM days. Every minor decision takes weeks of discussion and internal politics.
