      Pros

      The cafeteria food is excellent but not free.

      Cons

      Management micromanages everyone. There are 1:1, weekly status reports, hours worked on each project, etc. This causes engineering to get stressed out because you're being watched most of the time. Hardly any work/family balance. No free soda, snacks, dinner; just free coffee and sugar.
