      Pros

      Good cafeteria, good gym, lot of work, upper management seems to be improving. Espp had better profits lately. Located conveniently.

      Cons

      Lower management still has the same mindset. Decisions are driven by ego rather than technical reasons. Too much micromanagement. First level managers will hold grudge if their technical error is pointed out. Things are done for sake of completion, rather than doing them correctly.

      Pros

      I've been at Marvell for 1 year now. For the past year I was a contractor who recently got converted to a full-time role. The Pros of working at Marvell: CHANGE & GROWTH- Both are huge factors of why I choose to be a Marvell employee. You have the ability to advance and (here is the keyword) Learn* constantly. The E-staff is all recently new but the company has had great feedback and support with every addition.

      Cons

      I had to think of a con------ Mandatory end-of-year shutdown? even that is not a bad con. It's a great time to have off with your family!

      Pros

      Good atmosphere, the company has less political, most of the engineers are dedicated and honest. Very good cafeteria too.

      Cons

      recently the company is kind of dynamic. management change brings in unknown factors to business, culture and behavior. For the good side, it also brings away the micro management.
