      Reorganization every few months - playbook of purchasing a company, realizing purchase was a failure or gutting its executives, then moving on to another purchase Political weaponization of HR and witch-hunting by HR Low compensation despite HR claim that company is top in the industry Unreasonably high workload for top talents
