Pros

Technical work is challenging and well-supported by the company infrastructure. Coworkers are strong contributors in the field and great to learn from. The company has various nice benefits like "recharge weekends" (basically an extra six days off per year in the form of 4+ day weekends), training, good compensation.

Cons

Can be a bit high-pressure.

Great Place to work, although stock could do better.

Couple of them: 1. Recharge weekends quarterly 2. Annual shutdown during year end - ~10 days off, which is just too good. 3. Uber - 4500 every month, likely to increase to 7500 once 5 day work weeks start in BLR. 4. People are great. 5. Responsibilities and visibility are great, as employees are <8 or <7k I believe.

Cons

Appraisals are average. I wonder if merit-based appraisals even happen or not. Company stock is too volatile and not as performing as it's similar counterparts. Doesn't have a product it's really known for, to the world.
