      Pros

      Marvell has very good minds working for it. Management is pretty good but not very conversant. Great campus and on-site services. Has built up a good customer base and product line.

      Cons

      Rocky road ahead for the company based on the market. Persistent on spending resources into devoloping products/divisions that do not make expected profits. Needs more internal org. Work culture is very conventional, dare I say, 'Asian'.
