      Pros

      As an employee of Marvell, I feel very proud. This company helped me grow in my career. The work culture is amazing and I am happy to work here.

      Cons

      Cons is not about the company but it's location. Everyday is a struggle to cross ORR traffic and reach office.

      Pros

      Marvell provides a good opportunity to learn and grow, you will be a part of multiple work which will give you a chance to grow in carrier. Best thing I like is CEO being very approachable and he is vocal about roadmap, how company is planning to tackle the challenges.

      Cons

      Very bad work life balance, expectation is too much.

      Pros

      Spent several month contracting for this company and loved it so much I converted. People are genuinely nice and want to do the right thing.

      Cons

      Although there are some silos as you would typically see in a company, most employees want to help each other. Lots of collaboration, which can sometimes hinder a process or decision. Company still acts like a small start up which can be bad when it comes to documentation and finalization of processes.
