      Focus tech, low management

      Pros

      Focus tech many smart guys, the engineers there are very talented. Work with these guys will make things easier.

      Cons

      management team is not very good, efficiency low. Communication between different group is not easy. There always be many groups do the same thing that make efficiency very low.

      Pros

      Market leader in many segments. Innovative new technologies (first to WiFi in Sony game console, first to WiFi in Apple iPhone, WiFi in Google Chromecast etc). Engineering management overall is very hands on. Nice gym, cafeteria and facility.

      Cons

      No clearly established process. Cross department coordination is really difficult. Career growth could be challenging depending on the particular group(s).
