      Pros

      Can't think of anything except the free snacks and good pay if you negotiated well while joining. Never ever join this company for a technical role !

      Cons

      a. Horrible top management in Bangalore. You'll feel tired, mentally exhausted, demotivated after listening to them and you will feel 'sleepy' observing them. b. Scary mid-level managers. No hands-on, suck-up to the higher management. they are there just to be there. No ambition. Keep getting pay-checks without doing anything. c. Lack of vision, short-sightedness. d. No new projects or work coming to this place. e. Lack of professionalism. Lack of good technical practices. Honesty ain't the best policy here !

      Different teams are totally different. Good or bad totally depends on your manager behavior. Some good manager treat team members very well. But...

      Cons

      Many meetings in a week. You may repeat same stuff development many time.
