      -- Good Work-life balance -- Good gym, cafe -- On-site app support for all major tool vendors ( cadence, synopsys )

      Cons

      -- Low Salary, bonus etc etc compared to other same-sized companies -- No visibility outside manager level. -- Lack of transparency in project assignments, career prospects, team meetings etc. -- Design quality entirely on manager discretion, no internal approval flows, audits etc

      I saw everyone mentioned good cafeteria and nice gym. This is true. Nice campus.

      Cons

      No clear vision.No long term strategy. The founder may change direction when something comes to their mind. No second opinion other than founder.

      good cafeteria, good gym facilities still get paid

      Cons

      questionable ethics and hiring practices; just look at all of the criminal insider-trading news that mentions this company. look at the outstanding patent lawsuits. look at the how many cfos there have been in the last ten years, and the current one still has "interim" status. look at the board of directors: ever heard of any of these people? some decently nice and intelligent people to work with, but offset by some pretty incompetent ones along with their managers and executives. hard to have much pride working for a place like this.
