      Pros

      The company has been very successful with the core business. In addition to that, there are tons of new product being developed. It is a trend for IC now a days, and the company need to find a way to put everything together and make it work.

      Cons

      With so many products on going. It is hard to stay focused. This is what the company need to improve. The company expanded over the years, there are people or team that lost their direction.

      Pros

      Nice Cafeteria and Gym. Campus is nice. If you have electric car, can get free charging at company since they installed charging stations and solar panels over the parking lot.

      Cons

      Not much appreciation of employees. Not much movement within departments. Learning is on your own, if your boss likes you.
