      1. Get to work on latest technology. 2. Good work culture 3. Free environment ( depends on your manager /team ) 4. efforts get recognized

      1. Less man power and hence more diversified work to be done by same individual ( can get on you sometimes ) 2. not clear percolation of information by the managemnt

      Friendly to entry level new graduates. Lot of oppotunities to improve yourself. flexible work time and load. You can be ordinary as well as make a difference as you want.

      Cons

      This is a very Chinese friendly company. Recommd Chinese student with talent try this company. It is a very good company to start the career.

      Pros

      The health benefits are the same as other companies. Salary is about the same as other companies. ESPP program is the same as other companies.

      Cons

      Distrust of employees. No 401k program. Not enough equipment to get your job done. No recognition for a job well done. Politics seem to be the rule in what gets done.
