      Pros

      Some great people work here. Unfortunately they are stifled by a negative culture and poor management.

      Cons

      People are treated poorly by management. The ego of management gets in the way of progress and growth.

      Pros

      Dining is always the best thing here. You always get nice refreshment with low price. Environment is good. Trial next to Marvell always gives you the best place for biking, running or just walking. Also, you don't want to miss the gym. Take some rest after work and go working out is always a top choice in your daily life.

      Cons

      Base salary is average in the industry. But considering all benefits, it's acceptable. Also I was expecting some shift position here when I graduated. It would be good if Marvell had such program.
