      1. Interesting and challenging projects. 2. Multi site, multi culture tight collaboration 3. Company stability and projected future success 4. Fare compensation and benefits

      Cons

      1. I am in Israel site. Future of Israel site is not very clear, it's not growing compared to other Marvell site 2. Work-life balance is hard. As I work most of my time with sites in US and India ( I am located in Israel), I have meetings from early morning to late evening. No teasy to combine this with healthy family life 3. Work load is quite high
