      My first job in life and I believe it's the best!

      Pros

      I'm working at Taipei office as an engineer. My supervisor and colleagues are kind, sharing, and strong! The working hours here is reasonable (9-18) and it's also flexible as you can work at ten and leave at 19.

      Good learning opportunities, Many very good engineers in the group, Company seems to have good prospects after Matt joined as CEO, Excellent work-life balance, good food

      Cons

      Salary slightly lower than industry standard, Management can become more proactive in getting better work, managers don't seem to be very good at management/leadership skills, less growth opportunities
