      Pros

      People is excellent, technical and personally, all over the world. Cutting edge semiconductor technology use(geometry, IPs, packaging, etc) was highly promoted by former CEO and it's in company's DNA Company procedures still flexible and open like in a start up.

      Cons

      It is not business oriented so sometimes it's frustrating for engineers to do not sell products New Management looks not interested in investing in technology, the company is downsizing in every sense
