- Smooth hiring process, clear and very meaningful communication from HR and hiring manager - Proper road map for new employes from onboarding to project contribution - Provides enough time and proper guidance to understand the company culture, process (Technical, HR, Admin] from Technical and Non-Technical team. - Great compensation and benefits like RSU, ESPP, free daily food (breakfast, lunch and evening snacks), free daily office transportation, recharge weekends. - Very nice office infrastructure with all amenities - Great projects and team to work, enhance and grow our skills
