      Good company to learn from, very fast paced, encourages ideation and working as a team Co-workers always willing to help Hardest part of job is going through management Most enjoyable - I had the best job there

      Poor wages. Limited advancement. Not enough upper management or lower management support. peculiar and unfriendly decisions made by higher-ups. Going on print runs

      Pros

      Good compensation. Good working environment, atmosphere for my group (not true for other groups, as much as I know), very proffessional people with good attitude.

      Cons

      Due to the management of the company and tough market they had to close the mobile ICs business, so the whole unit was closed in 2015.
