      No carrier opportunities at all CEO doesn't know how to run a big company (although he is extremely talented engineer). This takes company down and force people to leave

      1. No people management. 2.. Care only about meeting deadlines. 3. Salary not competent enough 4. Benefits have gone down a notch.
