      Pros

      The work culture is good. Though salary may not be the best in the industry, the flexibility in work hours, work from home etc make it easy to strike a balance in work and home responsibilities.

      Cons

      Administration is micromanaged and hence slow. Salary levels may not be the best in the industry.

      Pros

      MNC, giving exposure to people from different countries. Good chance of going on-site. If you are perceived good, there is also a chance to transfer to US.

      Cons

      Lot of internal politics. Depending on the team you work with your life could be hell. Some managers do not care about the working hours of their subordinates.
