      very flexible work timings work quality is awesome on job learning is nice no (mba)-managers, so your explanations for delay etc are understood usa business trips almost one every year

      Cons

      might have to work from home or work late at times it seems hike is linked to your performance so if you had a bad year you might not just get lucky
