      has chance to be manager and make chip from beginning to end. project turn around period fast, so you can learn more. and the company is growing, so if you work hard and smart, you get your chance.

      Cons

      it seems low level "manager" doesn't have right to control budget, and at that time there is no bonus, stocks goes down. engineers need to work overtime

      Too many senior managers leaving with very unstable environment in non-storage business Run like a private company not a shareholder owned publicly traded company Sycophancy is the most important management creed, competency is rarely rewarded Questionable ethical standards
