      1. Salary well below standard 2. No growth 3. Never recognzied for anything u do. 4. Lot of politics and back stabbing. People would just take ur credit even if they do nothing. 5. All in all a place to avoid if possible..

      design engineers get involved in wide variety of tasks. peers are technically sharp. benefits packages and compensation are pretty good.

      Cons

      startup mentality of just getting things out the door still persists. constant deadline pressure, sometimes unrealistic goals makes things stressful.
