      the food provided was one of the best in the bay area for companies who provide food coffer was free 2 year ESPP offering period was good

      Cons

      now the free food is gone. family run business, hard to keep top people. management not good now it becomes 6 month ESPP offering period

      Pros

      Great facilities onsite, Food, gym etc Successful company to work with and good brand name.

      Cons

      Very little communication with teammates. Manager hardly spoke. Expectations not communicated effectively. No exposure to anyone outside team. Somewhat of an isolation. Lot of people spoke in asian languages which everyone could not understand.

      Pros

      It's a fun place to work with not so-boring peoples. The project schedule is tight but acceptable. People work out a lot to keep healthy. you can come in late or leave early as long as you could finish your job in time.

      Cons

      a lot of people got salary cut when joining this company unless you are under-payed; Job title is hard to negotiate.
