      Pros

      Compensation nice work culture good stock options Knowledgeable and helpful people everywhere open door policy and nice management good amount of young crowd( at least at pune ) getting to work on latest technologies best work/life balance

      Cons

      less salary hikes no other cons really, some silly things like average to low food quality, (which they make for with a special lunch every friday)

      salary hikes have been below expectation for quite a few years now. not sure if ceo knows that there is an India centre of the company

      You will have more responsibilities into the role that you has been assigned,

      Very chaotic company structure and organisation. The management doesn't have a vision what will be next and oftenly let the people do what the manager thinks is correct. At the end, nothing works to win.
