      Pros

      first to mention it is a nice working place, the campus is well planned. as an employee, here you can get free food and coffee, a big gym, a basketball court and a sand volleyball yard. job pressure is depending on your department and your projects. as long as you can get the work done, your working schedule is quite flexible. if you are a person who can enjoy your work, you may find many interesting projects to work on. colleagues are easy going, mostly.

      Pros

      Marvell is still in the start-up mode where you can work on a variety of projects and gain great experience. There is no job training which tests your ability to work in an ambiguous environment. Free food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and good medical benefit also help make Marvell a good place to work.

      Cons

      This is an "engineering" company where there is not much respect for support staff (ex., IT, Facilities, Finance, Administration). Support staff is thin and overworked. There is not much investment in infratructure as the company grows. Morale is currently low for many support teams. There is no opportunity for growth and advancement - management is not progressive enough to think of building out a "world class" organization. Decisions are concentrated at top level with not much consideration for employee's inputs or feedback.
