      Pros

      Very good cafeteria foods. Nice working environment with beautiful trails for some exercise at noon. Company birthday celebration and events at campus once in a month. Work life balance is good. Very friendly colleges to work with. Very good health plan. About salary, at least people get pay raises more or less annually… etc.

      Cons

      Self-career development(i.e. promotion) is quite slow but hopefully to see the improvement.

      Not much that I can think of

      Cons

      Very limited room for growth. The culture (at least before the new CEO) was in a way such that it's more or less like a training ground for fresh grads. Those who understand what this means will understand; those who don't, don't bother anyway.
