Small company feel and lots to learn. There is good local management and some really excellent engineers that work there. The new CEO and managers seem to be turning things around. Most of the big issues have finally been taken care of. There should be lots of upside once they get costs under control.

Cons

Ugh. I worked there for 10 years and it has been just a down hill slide after about 2 or 3 years. We were brought over as a group from Intel 10 years ago and there were 400 of us, from this original group there are only 25 left. There was a big scandal involving accounting and another big lawsuit for patent infringement. I feel like these issues are mostly due to the ego of our founder and CEO Sehat. We did have a few good years and CEO did try to move into new businesses like mobile when the cards were stacked against him.
