      Pros

      Marvell used to be a great place to work if one could avoid top level management. Multiple projects with ability to innovate and use engineer's own initiative. Good lab equipment, money was spent were needed.

      Cons

      Top level management's ineptness over the years is causing company's current internal implosion. Accounting scandals, justice department and SEC investigations, class action patent lawsuits. Most of these cons could probably be resolved with the ouster of the CEO.

      The food is very good and very cheap. Close to the major freeways.

      There are very few cons.mostly just the culture although its to vary in different groups
