Marvell is a very employee-friendly company
Pros
1. Internal & external trainings arranged for personal development - leadership trainings, unconscious bias trainings, personal finance sessions, etc 2. Mental health care - 6 free therapy sessions for a year, and several tools provided to take care of physical and mental health 3. Apart from a market standard salary, there's also multiple perks and additional benefits like health check-up, gym/yoga/badminton membership reimbursement, spectacles cost reimbursement 4. Good place to work in, with challenging projects at advance tech nodes 5. Hierarchy is not a barrier here. You can have 1:1 sessions with anyone in the company, and people care for you and do give time. 6. Voice of Employee surveys are taken seriously and changes are implemented to help resolve employee concerns
Cons
1. As with all big companies, for some of the teams work happens in silos, learning curve decreases gradually if you are in the same team doing the same work for several years. 2. Work life balance may not be great. Most of the days in a week (during a live project) will be occupied with evening meetings. 3. Plans of 5 day work from office
