- Big established company with decent salary and compensations - Possibilities to grow and somewhat change a direction of career - Mostly friendly people, peers and direct managers alike

Cons

- Constant pressure to meet deadlines - Open space - Majority of IT services moved abroad - so it became a hassle to solve an IT-related problem - Petah Tikva site was kinda looked down by Yokneam managers (places of fun events more convenient for Yokneam, etc.)
