      Great company in a small town

      Pros

      I worked 2nd shift. Four 10 hour days and 3 days off unless there is Over Time. Great people. Great work environment.

      Cons

      I didnt like living in a small town but other then that, this is one of the best companies Ive ever worked for

      Pros

      I have been with Integrity since June. I have seen so many amazing things with this company. They actually ask the employees questions on how they can better serve their needs in production and Fabrication. They listen and if someone has a concern it is addressed immediately. Our supervisor Shawn is just as amazing. I have told him he needs to be a motivational speaker. Our managers on the floor, see everything and if something is off they use the opportunity as a learning curve not a tool to separate or chew out anyone. It's simply called a coaching opportunity and it's helpful and very appreciated. With any job there is also accountability and a hard worker strives for this. The leaders at this place are the employees. The supervisors are just the directional motivators. There is a diverse range of ethnicity here which fits everyone. There is not a segregation of race or religion which I really love. Everyone helps everyone. It's an amazing place to work.

      Kind of slow during the winter but still working
