Pros

Marvin's allows movement within the company. The company is involved with the communities where it's plants are located. The company is family owned with a long history of ethical decisions and policies.

Cons

There is a lot of overtime required by associates and leadership. Senior leadership does not invest the same time nor energies that is expected of middle management, neither do they see that the management team follows the same rules.

Coworkers are Wonderful, benefits are awesome, union-free and one of the best management I have ever seeing. Integrity really cares about the their employees and community.

Cons

There is really not bed I could say about Integrity. they do really good job with everything.
