Chance to grow as a professional and experience many different areas of business. Marvin is family owned and they protect their employees.

Cons

Some of the mangament can be difficult to deal with, but this can be expected at any company.

Pros

good rates on per miles driven and company paid hotel rooms when on the road for drivers.

Cons

The dispatch is not given to the drivers until 1 maybe 2 days before you have to head out. The Dispatch Manager at the Integrity branch in Fargo has extremely poor decision making capabilities. He refuses to listen to driver suggestions even when the ideas given will save the company thousands of dollars.

To be able to learn new jobs and gaining experience in a needed profession, is an opportunity for this small community. There is job security which means a lot in this day and age.

Cons

Working with the up and down schedule. Keeping a positive attitude when working with all kinds of temperments, and deciding on which task takes precedence.
