Lots of autonomy and over time.

Cons

Management never gets anything done. Safety is ignored until someone gets hurt then rules made that change nothing . Safety is remote and never been on site or make useless changes to make thier job relevant

Benefits are top notch and provide excellent medical coverage

Cons

Work schedule is unpredictable, company has created insane backlog of orders and has not made any effort to reduce it. Quality is suffering because of it. Corporate culture is toxic, expecting employees to put in major OT, so you won't get the time off that is initially promised. Work has also been outsourced to contract workers, destroying local worker morale. It is not a shock that turnover is so high -- Marvin is a literal meat grinder.
