      New facility. Good benefits. Work from home.

      Ran like the military. No regard for work/life balance. Terrible culture. Poor engagement. No open communication.

      Pros

      It’s a job that pays and they always need help so even if you’re a felon you have a chance

      Cons

      6 day work weeks, benefits are lacking, you have to be there for years to use your PTO or they force you to use UTO so it’s gone quick, the main plant is hot as hell in the summer but they get away with not giving extra breaks by taking temps in areas where air flow is better
