Managers don't know anything or care People get treated differently based off their skin tone. A lot of drama Not worth the time or money

Easy, fun, great management and optional additional overtime.

Cons

Some mandatory overtime, can be understaffed, unrealistic expectations. Some people take it way too seriously and get upset when we don’t hit goals or when other departments make mistakes.
