      Great people who work hard and are a team. The product is quality built. Management tried to do fun things for the employees.

      Cons

      Senior management was a closed team. It would be nice if they would be open to listening to other employees' ideas and thoughts.

      Very good people to work with and a very relaxed atmosphere. Family oriented environment. The freedom to learn from different situations.

      Cons

      The hourly wages were very low. Very hard to advance and they didn't believe in hiring highly educated individuals.
