Benefits Great, but at Toxic Company Culture Cost

Benefits are top notch and provide excellent medical coverage

Cons

Work schedule is unpredictable, company has created insane backlog of orders and has not made any effort to reduce it. Quality is suffering because of it. Corporate culture is toxic, expecting employees to put in major OT, so you won't get the time off that is initially promised. Work has also been outsourced to contract workers, destroying local worker morale. It is not a shock that turnover is so high -- Marvin is a literal meat grinder.

Office was beautiful, culture overall was happy

Cons

Unorganized, bureaucracy bologna galore, everything you’d imagine bad about working for a family business. Unable to make real change.

Pay is decent People are typically nice (not managers)

Cons

Managers don't know anything or care People get treated differently based off their skin tone. A lot of drama Not worth the time or money
